How I work

  • End to end. Architecture, data, APIs, UI, deployment: I can take a product all the way, and I know where the handoffs usually break.

  • Boring in production. Performance and reliability are designed in, not bolted on: queues for anything slow, migrations you can rerun, tests that catch it before a user does.

  • Calm and clear. Steady under pressure, easy to work with, and plain language with people who aren’t technical. Nobody should need a translator to know how the project is going.

  • Practical with AI. I reach for it when it solves the problem, not because it’s new.
